This explains what we collect on awpumahome.com, why, and who else sees it. If anything here isn't clear, call us at (617) 618-3366 and ask.
What we collect
When you fill in a form. Your name, phone number, ZIP code, and whatever you write in the message box. We also record which page you were on when you sent it, so we know what you were reading.
When you just visit. Standard web traffic information — your IP address, browser type, which pages you looked at, and the site that sent you here. This is collected automatically by the tools listed below.
We don't collect payment information on this website. There's nothing to buy here. If you become a customer, billing happens separately.
What we do with it
We use your form submission to get back to you about the work you asked about. That's it. We don't sell it, rent it, or trade it.
We use traffic information to understand which pages people find useful and where our customers come from.
Who else has it
We use a small number of outside services to run this site. Each one sees only what it needs.
- GoHighLevel — our customer system. Every form submission goes here. It's where your name and phone number live so we can call you back.
- Cometly — tells us which advert or link brought you to the site. It sets an identifier in your browser to connect your visit to your enquiry.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — the anti-spam check on our forms. It processes your IP address to work out whether you're a person or a bot.
- Vercel — hosts the website. Their servers keep standard access logs, which include IP addresses.
- Google Maps — the map on our contact page is embedded from Google. Google sets its own cookies when that map loads, under their privacy policy, not ours.
We'll also hand over information if the law requires it. We'd tell you if that happened, unless we were prevented from doing so.
Text messages
If you tick the box on our form agreeing to texts, we'll text you about your quote and any work we schedule. Ticking that box is optional — you'll get your quote either way.
Reply STOP to any message and we'll stop. Reply HELP for help. Standard message and data rates from your phone company apply. How often we text depends on your job; there's no set schedule.
We don't send your phone number to anyone else for their marketing, and we don't sell it.
Cookies and similar things
The site uses:
- Necessary items — needed for the site and its forms to work, including the anti-spam check.
- Attribution — Cometly's identifier, connecting your visit to the enquiry you send.
- Third-party — the embedded Google map on our contact page sets Google's own cookies.
Your browser can block or delete any of these. Blocking the necessary ones may stop our forms from working.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and customer records: indefinitely. We keep them in our customer system so that if you call us in five years about the system we installed, we know what we put in.
Website traffic information is kept by the services above under their own schedules.

Your choices
- Stop texts — reply STOP.
- Ask what we hold — call or email and we'll tell you.
- Ask us to delete it — call or email. We'll remove it unless we're required to keep it (for example, records tied to work we've already done).
- Cookies — manage them in your browser.
Children
This site is for adults arranging home services. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think we have, tell us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
